How are your bags made?

All bags are individually cut and sewn from scratch. We use quality fabric and materials from start to finish.

How do I care for my “malinda collins” bag?

Since each bag is made from a variety of different fabrics, we recommend that you not wash your bag. For best results:

-Use a stain protector spray before your initial use.

-Spot clean, using a damp cloth and mild soap. (Baby wipes work very well.)

-Dry cleaning is recommended.

Where can I buy a “malinda collins” bag?

A home party is the best place to buy a bag. There you will be able to custom design one perfect for you. Also, all our current fabrics will be available for you to view.

What is your return policy?

Since our bags are custom orders, all sales are final. However, if there is a construction flaw, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

Will the bags I see on your website be at my party?

Our fabrics are ever-changing. Therefore, our bags are ever-changing. The bags on our website may not be available anymore, but there are plenty more fabrics to choose from. Our suggestion to you: if you like something you see at a party, buy it. It may be gone the next time.

Can I become a “malinda collins” rep?

All reps are personally selected by Malinda Collins. If you are interested, contact Malinda to set up an appointment to discuss the possibility.
